Model 130
Description
With our most successful upright, Model 130, you
are in effect buying a 5’3” baby grand. Unique to
the market, you have the choice of three different
actions: the classical version (130K and other
models), 130 Profi Studio, with faster repetition
and sostenuto, or 130 PS-Repetition, with the capacity of repetition even
lower in the keystroke (key will repeat like a grand piano!). This model was awarded the “world’s best” prize for
uprights at the Paris Piano Competition. It is often preferred by conservatories over
mass-produced studio grands, because it is technically superior and has a greater
sound flexibility. Available upon request with stronger dampers for chamber music;
also in Models 130PS Professional Studio, K Classic and B Baroque, among others.
Model Styles
| B |
Baroque: This model is based on the design of a 19th century Steingraeber. Stylistic details have been
carefully adhered to, whether it be the shaped edges or veneer of the frame, the wood-turning work,
the grooves in the solid precious wood, or the carving in the upper frame: ALL OF THESE ARE GENUINE!
|
| K |
Classicist: Columns, capitals and pilasters are fashioned as if by an architect. Small grooves and curves give this timeless model its elegance.
|
| PS |
Professional Studio: The lines of this cabinet are clearly Classical. |
